Thecoinhub ("we", "the app") is a personal catalog application for physical coins and commemorative medals. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
Important: Thecoinhub is not related to cryptocurrency, digital assets, securities, or financial services.
1. Data storage
All collection data — including coin details, photos, journals, albums, and settings — is stored only on your device. We do not operate servers that receive or store your personal collection data.
2. Network
Thecoinhub works fully offline. The app does not require an internet connection and does not send your data over the network.
3. Personal information
We do not require account registration. We do not collect your name, email, or other personally identifiable information through the app itself.
4. Photos & camera
Access to your photo library or camera is requested only when you choose to add images to a coin record. Photos are saved in the app's local storage and are not uploaded or shared by us.
5. Clipboard
The app may write to the system clipboard when you use export, backup, restore, or copy features — for example, to copy a JSON backup or inventory list so you can paste it into Notes or another app of your choice. We do not read clipboard data without your action.
6. Analytics & tracking
Thecoinhub does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking. IDFA / ad tracking is disabled.
7. Children's privacy
Thecoinhub is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Data deletion
You can delete individual records inside the app at any time. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data from your device.
9. Policy updates
We may update this policy occasionally. The latest version will always be available on this page with a revised date.
